Wanderheim Klingenberg in Klingenberg am Main

Nice view of the Main. It is best to walk up from Klingenberg to Clingenburg. Then the red wine hiking trail in the vineyard to the south. The junction to the tower is signposted. It goes briefly through a chestnut forest. The tower was closed due to Corona (the economy too) ... The path is not suitable for prams or mountain bikes (because of the many stairs).

Always good food.

Possibility to stop for a break on site on certain days, these can be viewed on the web or on a calendar at the beginning of the Kastanienweg. It is possible to climb the tower on site and a playground for children, art from chainsaws is nearby

A very nice hiking destination to be able to stop comfortably. We have already walked the chestnut nature trail a few times and have always collected diligently and enjoyed the great view. The highlight for the junior (5 years) was always the playground at the hiking home. It's really great. Also recommended now in corona times. It is very clean and the current hygiene regulations are observed. You can sit outside or stop in the closed outdoor areas (huts). In the guest room itself, however, only occupy 3 or 4 tables due to the regulations. The food is hearty and delicious and the homemade cake is a pleasure. We like to be there.

Very nice but also very simply furnished. The menu is very clear, but simply very tasty. Friendly and nice service. Everything fit.

Very nice there .. The climb is worthwhile. I can't say anything about the food, as we only had a drink there. Our dog was very happy about the dog Kira .. 😉

Very cozy, timely and delicious food. As I said for the physical well-being is well taken care of for a few quiet hours. There is also a children's playground and the view of the tower is wonderful. Service nice and everything is clean and fresh. What more do you want.
